St Davids Spectator Information.
Regular visitors to the St David's Trial will know their way around the course at Llety Rafel Farm, but a first time visitor may find this information useful as the whole course is about three and a half kilometers long.
The opening pair of sections are situated just along the ridge from the start area and then it is a downhill walk to the second pair known as "Shooters", where the sections are technical on the steep wooded banks. From here it is best to get back up into the field and follow the designated spectator route along the top of sections five, six and seven, which include a fourth gear blast known as Stairway to Heaven.
Still following the signs towards the East of the venue takes in the far end of the course for two sections known as the Old Faithful Stream and Washers Weir Top, which has been toughened up for 2019.
For spectators it is then impossible to take in the final three sections on the same lap so maybe a plan is to go back to sections three and four for lap two. From here whilst your favourite riders take in five to nine, there is time to go back past the start and head off to ten, eleven and twelve to catch riders for their second and third visits.
The programme gives details and a map for all the action and is available at the start area.
