HEMINGWAY ROUNDS OFF SEASON WITH AN TRIAL GB WIN

Riding with confidence and skill, Harry Hemingway (Beta) scored a resounding win over new Champion, Jack Peace (Sherco) at Geddington on Sunday. Billy Green (Scorpa) took the lower step on the podium, just one further mark adrift.
Leading from the start, Hemingway posted lap scores of 24-8-8 which does not reflect the level of the technical sections which also included some large rock formations and steps in the canyon like quarry area.
After light overnight rain and a shower before the Trial GB Class started forced the Clerk of the Course, Tony Jones and his team to rapidly alter some sections, which after the steep hillside dried and grip levels increased some stunning rides were recorded throughout the class.
Although he took the best lap bonus point with a loss of five marks, Toby Martyn (Montesa Honda) finished in fourth as he looks forward to several Trial X outings and his single dab ride together with the winner "H" at section ten should put him in a good place.
Jack Dance (GasGas) didn't find the increased grip levels on his second lap quick enough to challenge for a podium place, although he final tour of fourteen, including one of the few cleans at section seven was worthy of more.
Harry Turner (Scorpa) again showed why he is a world class rider to round out the top six.
