Whilst Harry Hemingway (Beta) and James Fry (Sherco) came out on top in the Trial GB and Trial 2 Classes at Geddington earlier today, wins for both Harison Skelton (Scorpa) and Dan Thorpe (GasGas) enabled comfortable wins in the Trial 125 and Trial Expert classes to clinch their respective titles.
Of course, Jack Peace (Sherco) and George Hemingway (Beta) has already clinched their titles in their classes at the previous round. Peace had to settle for second today with Billy Green (Scorpa) in third in the Trial GB Class.
Fry recorded his maiden win of the season in the Trial 2 category with the youngest Hemingway being the best 125 machine in the Trial 2 class and finishing on the lower step of the podium. However, Jamie Galloway (TRRS) pushed Fry all the way through the thirty six sections to finish one mark adrift of popular winner, Fry
With a nine point advantage going into the final round, Thorpe was always favourite for the Trial Expert class and his win from George Gosden (Beta) and Brad Bullock (Beta) third confirmed the title.
