FRIDAY UPDATE ON BRIMHAM SECTIONS
Our picture shows sections seven and eight, right in the middle of a tough group of hillside sections which await close to sixty riders for the sixth round on Sunday.
Clerk of the Course, Danny Cockshott has eased and shortened some of the twelve sections and he is going to review some further modifications at the request of the Series Manager at 9am tomorrow (Saturday).
Unfortunately, the map we published earlier in the week is incorrect as Danny has squeezed an extra section into the main spectator hillside - now six to twelve - so the original number twelve is no longer in use.
The venue is magnificent for spectators, with all twelve spectacular sections in a very confined area, so the £5 adult admission charge is excellent value for money.
Brimham Rocks - adjacent to the National Trust site is signposted from all major routes in the area and the Trial starts at 9.30am, with competitors warming up from 9am onwards.
