Superb Sections at Brimham Rocks
The sixty plus ACU Trial GB riders could face their strongest challenge yet when they tackle the thirty six sections (three laps of twelve) at the MacKenzie Trial which forms round seven on Sunday.
The daunting rocks on the wooded hillside offer plenty of grip so the organising Team have set out some very testing sections - especially for the ACU Trial GB Class - with several technical sections in each hazard.
The ACU Trial 2 Class will also tackle six of the Trial GB sections comprising numbers two, three, five, nine, ten and eleven.
Sixteen ACU Trial 2 riders are entered for this event which is the strongest element for the season.
It should also be noted that James Dabill has returned after winning the opening round back in March, but he is sure to come under pressure from the other riders with British title aspirations.
The ACU Trial Expert and ACU Trial 125 Class will possibly be tested more at this event than some previous rounds, but all have been tested today by Sam Yeadon who coped well after some very minor modifications were made.
Our image taken today (Friday) shows section two which is just one hundred meters from the start area.
The action starts at 9.30am on Sunday with the end of day Podium Presentations set for 4.05pm.
